Q1. How is the budget for event production

fee mainly consists of three parts: design and 

planning (such as 3D stage renderings, venue 

floor plans, backdrop design), physical rental 

and production (LED Wall, PA system, stage 

construction), and on-site installation and 

dismantling (transportation, Manpower 

manpower).We promise no hidden fees and will

 flexibly adjust prices according to the client's 

budget, such as providing a cost-effective 

standard package or a one-stop all-inclusive 

solution.

**An industry insider's tip: Installation and 

dismantling times can also affect the price. For 

example, if the installer does it at night,the cost 

may be higher than if they install it on the day 

of the event.** Therefore, if venue conditions 

permit, it is recommended to schedule 

installation and dismantling at the normal 

working hour.

Q2. If the event preparation time is very tight 

(e.g., within one week), can your event 

planning team handle urgent projects?
