A structural safety certificate must be submitted upon completion of work for all custom-built stands exceeding 3 meters in height, using a hanging lighting truss and having double-decks, and/or as otherwise deemed required by the Organiser and/or the Exhibition Venues’ operator.
The structural safety certificate shall be endorsed by RSE.

This requirement also applies to any electrical work completed after repair, alteration or addition in an existing electrical installation but only the affected parts of the installation need to be inspected, tested and certified. Certification for the above shall be made on specified forms - "Work Completion Certificate" (i.e. Form WR1)

Whenever a registered fire service installation contractor installs, maintains, repairs or inspects any fire service installation or equipment at any place, he must, within 14 days after completion of the relevant work, give instructions to the person under which he undertakes to carry out the work Issue a certificate and send a copy to the Director of Fire Services. Therefore, all copies of FS251 completed by the registered fire protection equipment contractor shall be handed over to the on-site fire protection staff in accordance with current practice.
