Responsibilities:
Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
Researching, planning, and implementing new business target initiatives
Developing new leads through attendance of networking events
Pursuing leads and moving them through the sale cycle
Team collaboration in developing proposals for prospective clients
Support the sales team in increasing the value of current clients
Requirements:
University degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of sales & marketing/ branding / accounting servicing experience.
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Excellent interpersonal and social skills
Good command of written and spoken English
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in World, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Requirements:
• Proficient in 3ds Max and AutoCAD, and 2D softwares
• Create 2D and 3D design layouts of decoration for celebrating various festivals in shopping malls
• With a minimum of 1 year experience or fresh graduate with strong portfolio
• Good hand sketch will be an advantage
• Possess creative flair and good interpretation skills
• Resourceful, flexible and innovative

Job duties
Manage event logistics, such as venue bookings, catering, equipment, collaterals and site setup with various stakeholders, including vendors, venues, sponsors, agencies and internal teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment;
Monitor and maintain platforms and logs in registration, enquiries, requests and promotions;
Coordinate with various stakeholders to promptly follow up on and efficiently resolve any issues or trouble-shooting;
Collect and analyze post-event feedback to continuously improve processes; and
Provide clerical support and coordinate events and other related tasks (including event management).
Job Requirements:
A recognized Diploma in Marketing / Communications / or related disciplines
Minimum 2.5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the fields of fund-raising, marketing communications, exhibition or event management
Good command of speaking, listening and writing in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Mature, meticulous and also an efficient and motivated self-starter
Good multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines
Need to work in the evening on weekdays and weekends occasionally
Proficient in word processing, MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
